Low Tide

In 2014 I rode my motorcycle up to the North Coast of British Columbia and visited the Prince Rupert area. Near there is the old historic Northern Pacific Cannery. It is no longer operating but is being preserved as a Heritage site. It was really, really interesting to walk amongst the buildings and see the old workings. Informative posters are hung to explain each work station. The tide was low when I was there. A sign said that the tide rises 26 feet, one of the highest tides in the world. A really neat place.
